Plans & billing
Sino Tutor offers three plans so you only pay for what you need: Free, Plus and Pro. This guide explains what each one unlocks and how to change or cancel your plan whenever you like.
The three plans
The Free plan is a genuine starting point rather than a trial. It lets you browse and book tutors, get daily help from the AI assistant, and access a curated set of learning resources, all within sensible daily and monthly caps.
The Plus plan is built for learners who study regularly. It raises your AI assistant allowance and your booking limit, opens up a larger resource library, and lets you save favourite tutors. The Pro plan removes most limits entirely: unlimited AI messages and bookings, unlimited resource access with downloads, and the ability to upload your own images and documents to the assistant.
Managing your plan and billing
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from your Settings. There is no lock-in, so you are free to move up to Pro during a busy exam period and back down afterwards if that suits you better.
Plan limits are enforced on our servers rather than in your browser, which means changes take effect immediately and reliably.
